Hello,
December is a wonderful time of the year. Winter has arrived and the month is filled
with holidays that allow people to spend time with friends and family. In celebration of these things the Teen Zone was transformed
into the Winter Zone.

Decorations
To create the Winter Zone I designed several displays that combined nature and literature. Examples include: trees made out of pine
cones, trees made from books, snowmen, and floral
displays using pine cones and tree branches. In addition, I also had a deer
put on display and snow covering all the shelves.

I found some wonderful wrapping
paper that I used to incorporate the nature theme of the Winter Zone to the
ends of the shelves as well. The
wrapping paper was covered in deers, trees, and holly branches. Finally, I used burlap ribbon and poinsettias
to make the shelves look like presents.
