Hello,
International Talk Like A Pirate Day was on
September 19th in 2013.
There was a book display that showed off
swashbuckling young adult books set on the high seas. In addition, I created a poster promoting the
how to speak pirate option on the language database accessible through the
library.

I was able to find some fun pieces of pirate clip
art, which were used for the book display sign and the poster promoting
International Talk Like a Pirate Day.

In addition, I also created a poster by taking a
screen shot of the Mango Languages Database about how patrons can learn to
speak pirate.
